Herbal Latte- Bulletproof Style

Single Serving


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder, Blue Lotus rooibos Chai powder, and/or herbal powder of choice (I like this ashwagandha powder for adrenal support)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey, maple syrup, or stevia drops to desired sweetness
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • coconut milk or cream (unsweetened) (optional)
  • Note: for Golden Milk add 1/4 tsp black pepper for optimal absorption

Directions:

  1. Boil water
  2. In a heat-safe blender, or with a frother, blend together ALL ingredients until frothy
  3. Add desired extra sweetener to taste
